How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My parents were missionaries for 40 years in the Tchad and Central African Republic. After college, I spent 26 years in the US Army and after retiring, I served in a Bible Conference ministry before assuming the leadership at D&D in 1996.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are specialists in care for active (not retired) missionaries during their transitional periods. There are very few similar ministries.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are only located in St. Petersburg at this time. The strategic plan envisions a similar ministry in the north sometime when the Lord opens doors.
