Alternate route Exit Rt 70 South off from I 75 going west toward Bradenton, beaches. Continue straight, crossing Rt. 301. This is 53rd Ave. Continue straight to 43rd St. Turn right and cross Cortez to Manatee Ave. Cross Manatee Ave, go one blk. turn right on 4th Ave. continue to 41st. go to end of street Business is at 314 41st. West. Use same directions going north on I 75, going west to beaches.
